Treatment Director

Dr. Lois Schlutter Ph.D. LP MAC CCDPD BDFE ABDA

Dr. Schlutter got her Ph.D. in clinical psychology, is a licensed psychologist in this state, has a Master Addiction Counselor certification through NAADAC, and a Co-Occurring Chemical Dependency Professional Diplomate certificate. She owns several clinics, including Schlutter & Associates LLC, Northern Integrated Health, Inc and Professional Counseling Centers. She has served as president of DLPP for several years, as well as on the executive committee for MPA in the past. Dr. Schlutter serves as the HPSP representative from MPA and has been since 2008 and chairs the HCCCHP group which is the substance use disorder providers group for Hennepin County and has done so since 2013. She is an approved supervisor through BBHT for LPC/LPCC, supervises post master’s students and providers, pre and post -doctoral psychology students and is the lead on the addiction medicine elective rotation for family practice residents, assisted by others on the team including boarded addiction medicine physician. She gives professional presentations to a number of groups including MPA and MARRCH. In her spare time, she loves to travel.

Medical Director

Dr. Jeffrey Morgan, M.D.

Dr. Morgan is a board certified Addiction Medicine physician and Medical Review Officer. He applies integrative medicine which blends the advances of science and technology in Western medical traditions with the whole person, holistic, approach of traditional healing systems. Dr. Morgan’s practice of integrative medicine is intended to return medical care to its original purpose: preventing disease in a relationship centered approach that emphasizes lifestyle components to improve health along with mental and spiritual well-being. Modern medicine addresses these aspects, all too often, in name only. He attended medical school training at Michigan State University in East Lansing Michigan.

Paris Pederson, BS LADC

Paris has been working in the recovery field for over 7 years in different facets and decided to go back to school to pursue a degree in Alcohol and Drug Counseling. Paris graduated from Minneapolis Community and Technical College and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Metro State University.

“My passion is working with diverse less fortunate populations and helping men rebuild their lives. In my spare time I enjoy working out, spending time with friends and family, and pursuing opportunities to help others in my community.”

Delano Location: Primary Counselor

Bradley Gangnon, MA LADC

Brad completed his Certificate in Addiction Counseling at Century College, and is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). Brad earned his MA in Communicating Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Superior. Brad has taught communication skills to college students since 1998. Brad’s practice is informed by the principles of person-centered therapy, transformative learning theory, nonviolent communication, and the relationship between gender-sexuality and addiction. In his spare time, Brad enjoys painting, cooking, and reading.

Jason Callanan, BA LADC

Jason has a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and is a licensed LADC. Jason specializes in the recovery of co-occurring and mental issues among men. In addition, Jason’s interest includes strong commitment to the battle of addiction and focuses on the challenges during the recovery process. As an LADC, Jason conducts SUD group and individual sessions, manages the step-house out patient program, as well as the community outpatient program, and conducts intake interviews.  In his spare, Jason enjoys trying new food ideas, going to concerts and playing video games with friends.

SUD Assessor / DWC Facilitator

Todd Wilson, BS LADC

Todd has a Bachelor of Science degree from Metropolitan State University, as well as his license in Alcohol and Drug Counseling. He is also trained in Driving with Care, Rule 25 assessments, and CPR. Todd has been working at Professional Counseling Center since September of 2013 – and serves the clinic in its versatile needs as a flexible staff.  Currently, he leads CD groups, conducts intake interviews, is a resident evaluation specialist, and completes rule 25 assessments. In his spare time, Todd enjoys being active and maintaining his physical fitness.

Psychologist

Dr. Matthew Gundlach, Ed.D LP

Dr. Gundlach is a graduate of the University of South Dakota, has worked in education, consulting to schools, utilizing learning theory in all of his practice. He has had a practice alongside Professional Counseling Center for several decades. Dr. Gundlach’s passion is sailing.
